Once construction is complete and your home is ready, our team conducts a thorough orientation with each buyer. We walk you through your new home, discuss the 2-5-10 New Home Warranty coverage and supply you with all the information you need to maintain your home. If you have any questions or concerns, our experienced representatives are available to address these with you, putting you at ease when you move in.

Warranty

Each Vicini home is protected by industry-leading warranty coverage, a 2-5-10 New Home Warranty from the Traveler’s Guarantee Company of Canada, in accordance with the BC Homeowner’s Protection Act.

The Traveler’s 2-5-10 Warranty Coverage includes the following:

  • 2 years: Warranty for Material and Labour
    • 12 months coverage for defects in labour and materials on detached homes and on non-common property in strata units
    • 15 months coverage for defects on the common property of strata buildings
    • 24 months coverage for defects relating to delivery and distribution systems, such as air conditioning, electrical, heating ventilation, plumbing, etc.
  • 5 years: Warranty for Building Envelope
    • Includes water ingress
  • 10 years: Warranty for Structural Defects of the home
