The Township of Langley has been working over the past several years toward a new museum and cultural centre in Fort Langley. This new cultural centre will be located at the corner of Mavis Avenue and Royal Street. Vicini Homes has been selected through an RFP process as the successful proponent to develop the adjacent property to the south as well as the property on the corner of Mavis Avenue and King Street.
Accordingly, Vicini Homes has submitted development applications for two proposed developments in Fort Langley.
The property to the south of the new cultural center is a proposed townhouse development. On the corner of Mavis Avenue and King Street is a proposed mixed-use building.

Vicini Homes has submitted an application to the Township of Langley for a proposed townhouse development. The application is to amend the Fort Langley Community Plan and rezone the property bordered by King St., Mary Ave., Royal St., and the future Museum & Cultural Centre in Fort Langley to permit development of 45 ground-oriented townhomes under a Comprehensive Development zone. We have been working with Township Staff over the past several months through the early application process.
Vicini Homes will be hosting an in-person Public Information Meeting on November 8th, 2021.
